- You do not need to have an account with PayPal™ account to
place an order with us. Just follow the directions on the

Q: What is your policy on the privacy of personal information?
- Privacy statement…we will not distribute personal
information about you to anyone, and your name will not be sold
or placed on mailing lists beyond this organization by the
Gillogly Corporation, or its subsidiaries.

- Shipping and handling charges are applied at the time the
order is placed and are dependent upon the size of the order,

Q: What is your return policy?
- Our guarantee…any candle found defective and returned to us
within 15 days of original shipment date, will be replaced at no
charge. All returned orders must be pre-authorized or they will
be refused. A return authorization number will be issued via
email, fax, or telephone upon receipt of your claim. No cash
refund will be given for returned candles.

Q: How do I place an order?
- Simply input the number of candles desired and click on the
“add to cart” button. Then proceed to the checkout.
Q: When will you ship my order?
- Orders will be shipped within 48 business hours. You will
receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your web site?
- Yes! Your credit card is securely processed via PayPal using
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) providing secure transmission of
private information being sent over the Internet.
Q: Can I send Candle Effects candles as a gift?
- Absolutely! Just let us know when you place your order if
this is a gift order and we will ship to the appropriate address
per your request. We will enclose a gift card per your
instructions. Gift wrapping is available upon request.
Q: Do you have a catalogue?

Q: What if my order is delayed by the transportation carriers?
- Candle Effects will not be responsible for delays in
delivery by carriers for such things as wrong addresses, zip
codes, phone numbers, or bad weather conditions, or other
adverse conditions that the carrier may experience.
Q: What if I want to print something special on the candle?
- Special printing is available on special orders. Please
email a request for quote giving
specific information on what it is that you require, including
specific font, size of font, color of printing, quantity
desired, and delivery date needed.
